Zero tolerance. Heartme prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of children, and any sexualization or exploitation of minors.

These Child Safety Standards are published by anxinyi llc for Heartme. They explain our public standards, reporting channels, enforcement approach, and child safety contact process. Heartme is an adults-only social application and is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.

1. Scope and Age Requirement

Heartme is intended only for adults who are 18 years old or older. Minors are not allowed to create accounts, use matching, chat, call, profile, or other social features, or appear as users of the Service.

If we believe a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account, restrict access, request verification, preserve relevant safety evidence, delete personal information as appropriate, and take other action required by law or platform policy.

2. Definitions

For these standards:

3. Published Standards Against CSAE and CSAM

Heartme users must not create, upload, store, send, request, solicit, promote, distribute, link to, monetize, normalize, joke about, or attempt to obtain CSAE or CSAM. This includes, without limitation:

4. User Reporting and In-App Feedback

Users may report child safety concerns, suspected underage users, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, harassment, impersonation, scams, or other violations through in-app reporting tools where available. Users may also contact the child safety point of contact at sukimex067@gmail.com.

When reporting by email, please include the user ID, profile name, screenshots if safe and lawful to provide, approximate time, conversation or room information, and a short description of the concern. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Report it through the app or email channel so we can review and act appropriately.

5. Blocking and User Controls

Where Heartme provides direct user interaction features, users can block or restrict other users where those controls are available. Blocking may prevent or limit further direct interaction, but it does not replace reporting when a child safety issue or other serious violation may have occurred.

6. Review, Enforcement, and Appropriate Action

When we receive or detect a child safety report, we may review the relevant account, content, messages, metadata, and safety history. Depending on the nature and severity of the concern, we may take actions including:

7. Addressing CSAM After Actual Knowledge

If Heartme obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on the Service, we will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. Appropriate action may include promptly removing or disabling access to the material, preserving evidence as legally appropriate, suspending or terminating involved accounts, preventing redistribution where feasible, and reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority where required or appropriate.

8. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

anxinyi llc works to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including requirements relating to CSAM reporting, online safety, privacy, data protection, and cooperation with lawful investigations. Heartme is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we learn that a minor has created an account or provided personal information, we may suspend or delete the account and related information, subject to legal, safety, fraud prevention, and evidence preservation needs.

9. Safety by Design

Heartme uses a combination of product controls, reporting channels, review procedures, account restrictions, user blocking, moderation records, and enforcement actions to help prevent and respond to abuse. We may update these controls as risks, laws, platform requirements, and user safety needs change.

10. Appeals and Mistakes

If you believe your account or content was restricted by mistake, you may contact sukimex067@gmail.com. Appeals involving child safety issues may be limited where disclosure could create safety, legal, privacy, or enforcement risks.

11. Cooperation With Google Play

anxinyi llc designates sukimex067@gmail.com as the child safety point of contact for Heartme. This contact is intended to receive potential notifications from Google Play about CSAE or CSAM concerns and to coordinate review, enforcement, and required action.
