This Privacy Policy explains how anxinyi llc ("Heartme", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use the Heartme mobile application, websites, account services, customer support, matching, chat, calls, profile, user-generated content, virtual items, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Adults only. Heartme is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide, information generated when you use the Service, information from your device, and information from third-party services that you choose to use with Heartme.

1.1 Account and Profile Information

We may collect your nickname, display name, avatar, profile photos, gender, birthday or age confirmation, region, language, interests, introduction, voice introduction, account identifier, login method, account status, VIP or subscription status, virtual currency balance, virtual item balance, and other profile or onboarding information you provide.

1.2 User-Generated Content and Communications

Heartme includes social and user-generated content features. Depending on how you use the Service, we may process text messages, chat content, comments, profile content, uploaded images, photos, audio clips, voice messages, video or call-related content, stickers, gifts, reactions, reports, feedback, and support messages.

We may also process related metadata such as sender and recipient identifiers, conversation identifiers, room identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, call duration, interaction history, report history, moderation decisions, block lists, safety actions, and enforcement records.

1.3 Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items

If you make purchases through Google Play or another supported platform, we may receive purchase-related information needed to verify, deliver, restore, refund-support, and prevent fraud for digital products. This may include product identifiers, order identifiers, purchase tokens, receipt data, purchase time, subscription status, renewal status, cancellation status, refund status, virtual balance changes, entitlement records, and platform verification responses.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number when purchases are processed by Google Play. Google Play purchases are also governed by Google Play's payment, subscription, and refund rules.

1.4 Device, Log, and App Activity Information

We may collect device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, network type, carrier, IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, push notification tokens, crash logs, diagnostic logs, performance data, security events, API activity, feature usage, page views, clicks, impressions, matching actions, call connection events, purchase page activity, and other app interaction data.

1.5 Permissions and Sensitive Device Access

Heartme may request access to camera, microphone, photo and video files, notifications, or other device features when needed for relevant app functionality, such as uploading profile photos, sending media, voice or video calls, audio messages, live interactions, customer support, or alerts. You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you deny a permission, some features may not work.

We do not access your camera, microphone, or photos unless you grant permission and use a feature that requires that access.

1.6 Location Information

We may process approximate location from IP address, region selection, device settings, or server routing data to support localization, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, content relevance, and service operation. If precise location is ever requested, we will request device permission before collecting it.

1.7 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from Google sign-in or other authentication providers, Google Play purchase verification services, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, cloud hosting providers, notification providers, moderation and anti-fraud vendors, customer support tools, and other users who interact with you, report you, or block you.

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and, in urgent safety situations, vital interests or public interest. Our legitimate interests include operating and improving the Service, keeping users safe, preventing fraud, enforcing rules, maintaining security, and protecting our rights and users.

Heartme does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. We may use automated tools, user reports, human review, vendor support, or a combination of these methods to detect, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content and behavior that violates our policies or applicable law.

Users can report safety concerns through in-app reporting tools where available or by contacting sukimex067@gmail.com. Users can block other users where the app provides direct interaction features.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We may share information in the following situations.

5.1 With Other Users

Your profile information, public photos, nickname, introduction, online status, matching status, gifts, and user-generated content may be visible to other users depending on your actions and app settings. Messages and call interactions are shared with intended participants and processed for delivery, safety, and moderation.

5.2 With Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us provide the Service, such as hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, moderation, notification, content delivery, authentication, payment verification, fraud prevention, security, and infrastructure providers. These providers may process information only for service-related purposes and must protect it appropriately.

5.3 With Google Play and Payment Platforms

Purchase-related information may be shared with Google Play, app marketplaces, or payment platforms for purchase processing, receipt validation, entitlement delivery, refunds, subscription management, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and compliance with platform rules.

5.4 For Legal, Safety, and Enforcement Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Heartme, users, children, or the public; investigate fraud, abuse, exploitation, threats, illegal activity, or policy violations; enforce our Terms; or report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, law enforcement, or relevant regional authorities where required or appropriate.

5.5 Business Transfers

If Heartme is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may process and store information in countries or regions other than where you live. Data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, transfer impact assessments, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account records, complete purchases, enforce safety rules, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or aggregate it unless retention is required or permitted by law, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, or compliance needs.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Heartme account and associated account data through in-app tools where available or by contacting sukimex067@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to verify your account ownership. We may ask for additional verification before processing a deletion request.

After deletion, your account may no longer be accessible, and your profile, content, messages, wallet balance, virtual items, VIP benefits, and purchased digital entitlements may be deleted or disabled, subject to the retention needs described above.

If you purchased a Google Play subscription, deleting the Heartme app or deleting your Heartme account does not automatically cancel the Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive personal information uses; or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

10. Children's Privacy and 18+ Requirement

Heartme is only for users who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and related information. If you believe a minor is using Heartme or has provided personal information to Heartme, report it in the app or contact sukimex067@gmail.com.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, internal review, and vendor controls. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account, device, and login methods secure.

12. Automated Processing

We may use automated systems to support recommendations, matching, fraud detection, spam detection, safety scoring, payment risk review, moderation prioritization, and abuse prevention. These systems may affect visibility, recommendations, feature access, or account review. Where required by law, you may request human review of significant decisions by contacting us.

13. Marketing and Notifications

We may send service-related notifications, security alerts, purchase notices, policy updates, and operational messages. With your permission, we may send push notifications or marketing messages. You can manage push notifications in device settings and unsubscribe from optional marketing where available.

The Service may contain links, SDKs, sign-in providers, payment platforms, or third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means. The updated version is effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
